Returns policy

Our returns policy is as follows:

A – Change of size or colour / unwanted gifts:

  • goods may be returned together with their original packaging for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase,
  • the original receipt / proof of purchase is to accompany the return.

B – Manufacturing defect:

  • goods found to contain a manufacturing defect or flaw may be returned for replacement within 30 days of purchase,
  • the original receipt / proof of purchase is to accompany the return.

Delivery policy

Our delivery policy is as follows:

  • National deliveries: 3-5 days,
  • International deliveries: 6 – 8 weeks,
  • should you wish to enquire about the progress of your order, click here to e-mail us and include your order / invoice number.

Collections policy

Our collections policy is as follows:

  • please allow at least 24 hours for us to process your order before collection,
